Terms and Conditions

Scope of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by Beaver Plumbing (“Company”). By requesting our services, placing an order, or accepting delivery of materials, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. Any other terms proposed by the Customer are not valid unless confirmed in writing by Beaver Plumbing.

    Payments and Cancellations

Customers agree to pay according to the estimate or invoice provided. Final payment is due once the work described in the proposal is substantially completed. All prices are valid for 90 days from the acceptance date and do not include taxes or government fees, unless stated otherwise.

If a Customer cancels or modifies an order, Beaver Plumbing must provide written consent. In such cases, the Customer will be responsible for all costs already incurred, including materials, labor, and reasonable restocking fees.

      Permits and Compliance

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that the project complies with all building codes, zoning requirements, and local regulations. Any additional costs required to meet these standards are the Customer’s responsibility.

        Change Orders

Any additional work not listed in the original proposal will be treated as a separate agreement. Beaver Plumbing may require payment for extra work before starting it.

          Scheduling and Delays

We aim to complete projects within a reasonable timeframe. Beaver Plumbing is not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, supply shortages, customer rescheduling, or circumstances beyond our control.

            Substitutions

If specific materials are unavailable, Beaver Plumbing may substitute comparable products without affecting the agreed contract price.

              Excess Materials

Any leftover or unused materials remain the property of Beaver Plumbing. We may remove them from the Customer’s property after the project is completed.

                Supervision and Worksite

Beaver Plumbing manages all aspects of the work performed, including subcontractors. Customers should not interfere with workers while a project is in progress.

                  Limited Warranty

Beaver Plumbing provides a 30-day limited warranty on workmanship starting from the date of project completion. This warranty covers only the work performed under the original agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to products and equipment and are passed directly to the Customer.

                    This warranty does not cover:

                    • Normal wear and tear
                    • Damage caused by misuse or extreme conditions
                    • Existing defects in property systems (piping, drains, gas lines, etc.)
                    • Mold, condensation, or structural issues outside our work scope

                    Unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

                    Existing Equipment and Systems

Beaver Plumbing is not responsible for the condition or performance of existing plumbing, heating, or cooling systems that are not replaced during the project. Any issues caused by existing equipment remain the Customer’s responsibility.

                      Liability and Risk

Beaver Plumbing strives to perform work with care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for incidental damages, delays, or issues outside our control. Once materials are delivered to the Customer’s property, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer.

                        Insurance

Customers must maintain property insurance for their home or business, including coverage for fire, theft, vandalism, or other risks during and after the project.

                          Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Beaver Plumbing harmless against claims or damages arising from incorrect information, unsafe property conditions, or Customer actions that impact the work.

                            Collections and Late Payments

Invoices are due as stated. Overdue balances may be subject to late fees of up to 2% per month (24% annually). If legal or collection services are required, Customers are responsible for all related costs, including attorney’s fees.

                              Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between Beaver Plumbing and the Customer. No verbal promises or external agreements apply unless confirmed in writing and signed by both parties.
